Our Providers

Isabelle Oh, Psy.D. is a pediatric psychologist who completed her fellowship at University of Louisville School of Medicine/Norton Children’s Hospital. Prior to joining Children’s Behavioral Medicine Collaborative, she worked in Pediatric Psychology and Neuropsychology at Mary Bridge Children’s for almost four years. Dr. Oh has experience in treating children with anxiety, depression, and behavior concerns, and working with children with medical and developmental conditions.

Chelsey Vadixx, Ph.D. is a pediatric neuropsychologist who completed her fellowship at Seattle Children’s Hospital and worked for years in the department of Neurobehavioral Medicine at Mary Bridge Children’s. She specializes in a wide range of neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD, autism, learning disabilities and chronic medical illness.

Bella, our newest team member, is a Biewer Terrier and is the Children’s Behavioral Medicine Collaborative’s official “office dog.” Her responsibilities include providing entertainment, snuggles, joy, and gentle kindness. Born in May 2024, her experience is limited, but her heart is big. Hobbies include playing with toys, being held, looking adorable, and napping.

Katrina Rayls, Ph.D. is a pediatric neuropsychologist who completed her fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Children’s Behavioral Medicine Collaborative, she worked in Pediatric Psychology and Neuropsychology at Mary Bridge Children’s for twenty years. Dr. Rayls has expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders and medical conditions impacting functioning and cognitive development.

Melanie Barnes, Ph.D. is a pediatric psychologist who completed her fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Oakland. Prior to joining Children’s Behavioral Medicine Collaborative, she worked in Pediatric Psychology and Neuropsychology at Mary Bridge Children’s for thirty years. Dr. Barnes has expertise in biofeedback as well as acute and chronic pediatric medical conditions.
